New bangs!
Hi all, ^^
So if you follow me on twitter, then you would know that I've been contemplating on weither to get my bangs cut or not. So I've finally gathered my guts together and just get my bangs cut!
The reason why I was in agony over deciding to cut my bangs or not was because I've been trying to grow it out for like.. since I cut my hair short mid last yr. But I've gotten tired of it soo... yeh :D ahah I chopped off my bangs and got new bangs hehe
So this is just a quick update on how my bangs now look. ^^

The lady cut my bangs a little short but alwell, it'll grow.
So yep! I bet in a few days or so, I'm going to start complaining that I miss my long bangs LOL haha
Thats it for now! Byee

I go crazy because of you - T-ara inspired look
Hi girls!
I'm back with a new tutorial. I've been lacking a little bit of inspiration lately so I haven't been having any ideas of a new look. But i decided to go with a celebrity inspired look.
I'm going to try and recreate this look that I saw from T-ara's new concept. T-ara is a korean girl group and their recent concept is dark and sexy! So this look is quite similar to a smokey look.
My look is based on Soyeons look and here is a picture of her =)

So lets get started =)
First start off with concealer and foundation. I used my bourjois healthy mix foundation and my healthy mix concealer, they were from the same line =)
Start by priming the eyes and I used Urban Decay's Primer Potion.
So now, using a beige skin colour shadow that has shimmers in it (I'm using Kate's dual karat in BR-1) and place it all over the lower part of the eyelid. Then using a tanish sunkissed colour (I used a sample pigment I got from coastal scents), pat it on the lid above the beige colour. Such as so;

Now, after applying the tan colour, using the brush you used (or fingers) slightly bring the tan colour shadow upwards towards the brow bone.

You'd need to bring the tan colour up towards your brow bone more than what I have in the picture above. I took a photo of it before I did that step by accident hehe
Now using a black shimmery eyeshadow (I'm using prestige mono eyeshadow in Onyx) apply it all over the area that you applied the beige eyeshadow. (Yes, you're applying the black shadow into of it)

Now using a matte black eyeshadow (I'm using NYX's eyeshadow in Black) and apply it ontop of Onyx, however on a smaller part of the lid.. um it's hard to explain I'll just let the picture explain to you,

So you're applying the matte black shadow where it says black. and you're going to gently bring it up so that it could merge with the shimmering black shadow. Then you're going to blend oynx with the tan shadow thats already on the lid.
It should look like this;

You can make it as dark as you want or as light as you please, thats all up to you.
Now onto eyeliner, using a liquid liner, line your eyes so that it gives you an outline of where to draw your eyeliner when you use the gel liner.

^thats how your going to line your bottom waterline.
Now curl your lashes and apply mascara. The next step is optional. ^^
I applied fake lashes just to make the look more dramatic.
Now using a baby pink blush, apply the blush on the apples of your cheeks (smiling will help you find the apples of your cheeks easier). I used "baby pink cheeks jelly". I got this as a present so I have no idea where to purchase it. It's a cream blush. Now finish off with a soft baby pink lips.
And... you're done! ahah

Yes I'm wearing my pj's lol! I wasn't planning on going out :P
So the products I used are:

Face:
Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation in 51 light
Bourjois Healthy Mix Concealer in 51 light

February Favs!
Hi girls!
So its the time of the month again where I blog about my Febuary favs! For those of you'se who don't know what monthly favs is about its just where gurus or any makeup lovers just blog/vlog about the products they used a lot throughout the month at the beginning of the month. So for example it's now march but im blogging about my feb favs. The reason behind this is you get a month to trial out the products to see if you love/like it or not, then you report it at the beginning of the next month ;) clear? not really? then um yeh lol!
Anywho lets get started!
So as for face products, I've been using Missha Pore Minimizing first base.

I use this as a face primer before I put on my foundation. I don't use this all over the face though, I would only use this product in areas that is like uneven or bumpy, because this will smooth it all out and create a smooth canvas for you to apply your foundation. The smell of the base is really refreshing too!

Another face primer I've been using is Benefits That Gal's primer. This primer is so moisturising its amazing. I only use this primer on my forehead because lately my forehead area has been so dry. The good thing about this primer is that it can be worn ONTOP of your makeup. So even if you already have foundation on, you can still use this primer. haha This primer gives you this beautiful glow. It makes you look really awake. I love it ♥

Missha's B.B Cream! Stands for Blemish Balm. The one I use is M Perfect Cover BB cream. Its like a foudantion/tinted moisturiser. I wear this to school on some days where I feel that my skin isn't in it's best condition. Since this is meant to help the skin recover from any blemishes and pimples, its great on days where I can feel that pimples are going to pop up anytime soon. I'm preventing the pimples, which this ^^ The coverage for this bb cream is amazing too! It gives you a medium coverage. *two thumbs up*
Now moving onto eyes... mmm

Starting off with eyebrows, I normally use lancome's eyebrow pencil in taupe, but lately I've been using my Etude House Perfect Brow Kit. This was actually my first brow product so I'm glad I'm back to using it again. I like this brow kit because it has two colours, dark brown and light brown. This way, you can match it with your hair colour more easily :)

Next is Nyx Jumbo Eyeshadow pencils. They are basically eyeshadows, in a cream format, and in a stick. LOL these babies are awesome! The colours are pigmented and they blend extremely well. The colour variety is massive too. Theres not much I'd prob can say about these besides that theyre really really creamy! haha

Now for mascara, I've been realllllllly loving L'Oreal's Telescopic Explosion mascara! This is the dupe for Givenchy Phenomen' Eyes Mascara. This mascara is quite amazing. ahaha I it lengthens my lashes and what amazes me is that it doesn't clump! This is a really big bonus because a lot of drug store mascaras tend to clump depending on which ones. So I really like this =) The wand is also small so its great for getting into the inner corners of your lashes.

As for blush, I've been using my NYX poweder blush in peach every day this whole month! The colour is freakishly beautiful! Its a peachy baby pink and it just gives my face a really nice and soft glow. I have quite white skin with a warn undertone and this blush brings out my girlyness. It's amazing ♥
I did have some repeats this month so I'm not going to go into detail of those same products, but I'll list them
Hera's HD Foundation
Lancome's le crayon khol
and my beauty blender!
This is all for now, goodnight my loves ♥
